On June 25th the first phase of the restauration of the Superior Girls' College, which included the Former School Vitalia Madrigal, was concluded. Representatives of the Ministry of Education, the Centre of Cultural Heritage and the Administrative Board of the institution participated in the event.

Beginning of june the construction of the La Sabana Business Center, located in Sabana Sur, was finished. The project has five parking storries plus eleven office floors and will be occupied by the Costa Rican Institute of Electricity.
