Company: Who are we?

OSSENBACH, PENDONES & BONILLA S.A. is a consulting firm in architecture and engineering, founded in 1977, in San José, Costa Rica. It is duly registered in the Commercial Registry.

The firm is a member of the Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y Arquitectos de Costa Rica (Costa Rican Association of Engineers and Architects), and is legally entitled to operate as a consulting firm throughout the country.

OSSENBACH, PENDONES & BONILLA S.A. was founded under the name of CARLOS OSSENBACH & ASOC. LTDA. in May 1977. It first operated in a modest 19m² office located in Cuesta Traube, downtown San José.

The company, which began within the traditional architectural approach, soon thereafter created an image of high quality service. Over the years, the company became a leader in our country, with a solid reputation as a first-order consulting firm in architecture and engineering.

More than 30 years of constant work have gone by and the company has gathered solid experience, uninterruptedly facing the increasing demands of a market which does not permit any errors and requests a constantly evolving technology.
